The Idea

Founded in 2024, we saw that many Ghanaians had perfectly good items they no longer needed, while others were searching for affordable alternatives to new purchases.

Samuel Agyemang founded SwapIt Ghana in 2024 with a mission to transform how Ghanaians trade. Starting with a peer-to-peer swap marketplace, he has since expanded the platform to include a fully-featured online shop — making SwapIt Ghana the most complete trading platform in the country. His vision continues to drive the company toward continental expansion across West Africa.
